MANILA, Philippines - Kadayawan Festival 2013 gets more spectacular as GMA Network brings its primetime programs along with Kapuso stars.

Jumpstarting the series of events is the much-awaited visit of the cast of My Husband’s Lover (MHL).

Today, Annakarenina’s Krystal Reyes, Barbie Forteza, Joyce Ching and Derrick Monasterio invade Juliville Subdivision Covered Court in Brgy. Tigatto, Davao City for a Kapuso Barangayan at 10 a.m. Next stop is the Kapuso mall show at the Atrium of the Gaisano Mall of Davao at 2 p.m.

And after her recent renewal of an exclusive contract with the network, Marian Rivera is set to make Kapusong Davaoeños fall in love with her as she extends her gratitude to her followers in a fans’ day happening today, 4 p.m. at the Gaisano Mall Davao’s Atrium. 

Meanwhile, the News and Public Affairs of GMA TV Davao offers a two-part live coverage of the Indak Indak sa Kadalan Streetdancing Competition happening also today, 7 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. from Roxas Avenue to Rizal Park.

Tomorrow, Aug. 18, Davao City wakes up to GMA’s newest primetime offering Akin Pa Rin Ang Bukas with stars Cesar Montano, Lovi Poe, Rocco Nacino, Solenn Heussaff and Charie Pineda participating in the Pamulak Parade aboard a GMA float that is to take the main road also from Roxas Avenue to Rizal Park. The parade begins at 7 a.m. and ends at 12 noon, with live coverage: Kadayawan Primer at 7:30 a.m.; Kalingawan Sa Kadayawan, 8:30 a.m.; and GMA Kapuso Sa Kadayawan, 9:30 a.m.

Cesar, Lovi, Rocco, Solenn and Charie will grace the Kapuso mall show in Abreeza Mall at 4 p.m.
