Sam rocks Indonesia

MANILA, Philippines - Sam Concepcion easily captured the hearts of Indonesians when he guested in Dahsyat Musik of RCTI Channel, said to be that country’s counterpart of the Philippines’ ABS-CBN. Sam performed his single Forever Young and Yeah 3x.

After his performance, Sam immediately became one of the top Trending Twitter Topics in Indonesia. He then did a successful show at the Karawacci SuperMall in Serpong (top photo) where he performed some numbers from High School Musical in which he starred years ago.

A Samster fan (middle photo), who flew to Jakarta just to meet Sam, joined his idol for a song number.

“It was fantastic,” said Sam of his first visit to Indonesia.

Sam is part of the second installment of the afternoon series Anghelito and is in the cast of I Do Bidoo, Bidoo, the APO musical flick. He will release his new album on Universal Records in a few weeks.
