Et tu, Annabelle? Bong for President?

MANILA, Philippines - Don’t look now but being lured to run for congresswoman (against incumbent Cutie del Mar) in North Cebu in next year’s election is the feisty Annabelle Rama (photo, left) who comes from a political family in the Queen City. Her cousin, Mike Rama, is the mayor of Cebu City. Meanwhile, Sen. Bong Revilla (photo, right) is rumored to be running for President, also in 2013, after he recently announced the re-strengthening of the LAKAS-CMD (minus Kampi). As I’ve been saying, the 2013 elections will be even more starry than the previous ones. It’s show time, folks!
