Quintana is Sining at Kultura head

MANILA, Philippines - Movie writer and talent manager Junne Quintana (right) flashes a thumbs-up after his appointment as head of the San Jose del Monte, Bulacan’s Tanggapan ng Sining at Kultura by the town mayor Reynaldo S. San Pedro (left). He will also serve as executive assistant to the mayor on arts and culture. An AB Literature (major in Journalism) graduate from UST, Quintana is the current first vice president of Aliw Awards Foundation.
