MANILA, Philippines — Like a true cornerman, Buboy Fernandez is ready for any eventuality that concerns Manny Pacquiao.
 
With the possibility of the legendary Freddie Roach vacating his post as Pacquiao’s lead trainer, the longtime deputy handler and childhood friend to the veteran boxer said he is much more willing to relish the opportunity.
 
“Syempre proud dahil kahit papaano, binigay sa iyo yung responsibilidad,” Fernandez told the press.
