Woman, 67, dies in motorcycle crash

MANILA, Philippines — A 67-year-old woman died after being hit by a motorcycle in Sampaloc, Manila on Saturday afternoon.

Edna Lizardo died from severe injuries at the University of Sto. Tomas Hospital.

Motorcycle rider Rene Ordinario, 32, of Dama de Noche street in Tondo, was hurt in the accident. Charges of reckless imprudence resulting in homicide will be filed against him, police said.
