4th leg of Kartzone Karting Series on today

CEBU, Philippines - The fourth leg of the 2011 Kartzone Karting Series unfolds today at Kartzone with JT Gullas and Peterson Lim spearheading the cast of competitors.

The organizers of the event moved the action today instead of yesterday following the request of the karters.

Gullas and Lim currently lead the race for the coveted Rider of the Year award with identical 40 points.

Gullas is also the rider to beat in the experts class, while another multi-titled karter Jette Calderon trails in the overall standings for both the ROY and experts class.

Lim, for his part, is the karter to beat in the masters category.

Aside from the experts and masters, there’s also the novice and mini-ROK division featured in this seven-leg series.

Heading the novice division is Wilson Ong after three legs, while the mini-ROK has Vince Rojo on top.
