Burglars take P20T from house

A burglary was reported in Brighton Court, South Hills, barangay Tisa, early morning yesterday.

The victim Jose Marbas, 72, reported losing P20,000 and a Nokia 3315 cellphone worth P2,500.

Police said that as the victim and his wife slept, the burglars climbed up the terrace of their house using a water hose and entered using the sliding glass door.

The burglars took the wallet of the victim, which was later found empty in the backyard of the house. They also got the victim's cellular phone that was being charged on a table. - Delna Lou L. Abellano and Emerald Dann L. Labay, UP Masscom interns
