AVIDA Towers Grand Launch

CEBU, Philippines - Avida Land Corporation, the affordable property developer of Ayala Land Inc., unveiled their first ever real estate venture outside Luzon – AVIDA Towers Cebu - last June 15 at the Asiatown I.T. Park.

AVIDA Towers Cebu is the first affordable Ayala condominium community in the region, which offers residents the luxury of enjoying the benefits of home, office and leisure.

Aside from the sumptuous food and a three-minute fireworks display, guests were also treated to good music via The Company, who serenaded guests with their rendition of classic, pop and original hits.

Ayala Land Inc. and Avida Land Corp. top executives Emilio Tumbocon – Senior VP of Ayala Land Corp., Leo Montenegro – Avida President and CEO and Francis Monera – Cebu Property Ventures Development Corporation president were on hand to party with the guests. Mayor-elect Mike Rama and Cebu City Councilor Nestor Archival also attended the event.

Avida Towers Cebu is a joint development project with Asia I Office (AIO). AIO is a subsidiary of Cebu Property Ventures and Development Corporation which owns and manages Asiatown IT Park. Avida Towers is strategically located in Asiatown IT Park, the premiere BPO and IT hub in Southern Philippines. It will feature two towers and will be situated on a 6,262 square meter property with enough open space for homebuyers and their families to move freely and comfortably.
