Cielo e Terra Launch

- Flor S. YNCLINO -

CEBU, Philippines - March 21 was a red letter day for CLS Properties as it launched its first upscale pocket-size subdivision – Cielo e Terra at the Capitol Site, just after the Villalon Hills.

Ken Salimbangon, managing director of CLS Properties, briefed us that the young company also has condominium projects like the Matilde Homes located in Pelaez Extension, and Pereville Residences in Mandaue City. But these two projects attract a different kind of market – those foreigners who are married to Filipinos. These two projects, by the way, are joint ventures undertaken by CLS Properties and at the same time, the company markets them.

Cielo e Terra, meaning “heaven and earth” has 12 townhouse units that are currently priced at P4.7 million, with two kinds of models. One is a two-story unit with basement and with a floor area of 163 square meters. The other is a three-story unit with a floor area of 196 square meters.

Both models have a land area of 70 sq. meters with three bedrooms and terrace, 3 toilet and bath, powder room, laundry and service areas, two-car garage and many other amenities. This is also a joint venture project.

During the launching and open house, Vice Mayor Michael Rama and Mrs. Milagros Salimbangon, the matriarch, cut the ribbon with President and CEO Cesar Salimbangon and wife Fely assisting. Board members Chad and May Salimbangon, Ken and Rhoanne, and Lauren Cesaree Salimbangon were all present, as well as the hundred agents to witness the launching of Cielo e Terra. Cheers and congratulations!
