Breaks ground on Vertex Central: Priland catches up on delayed projects
CEBU, Philippines — Homegrown developer Priland Development Corporation catches up and pushes through with projects that suffered delays due to last year’s hard lockdown, starting with the ground breaking of Vertex Central project.
Priland president Ramon Carlo Yap said that the company aims to catch up on the unforeseen delays caused by the pandemic.
“We ended 2020 with a topping off ceremony of our first condo project in Mandaue. As we enter 2021, we will double our efforts to set our construction activities in full swing”, Yap added.
Priland held its ground breaking ceremony recently for their tallest structure in Cebu City, the Vertex Central.
Located along Archbishop Reyes Ave., Vertex Central sits in a 1,727 sq.m lot.
Following this momentous activity, the project is soon to take shape adding more vibrancy to its already bustling location.
Launched in 2018, Vertex Central is the first vertical development of Priland Cebu City, following Northwoods Place in Mandaue City, under the same umbrella of Priland Residences.
According to Yap, Vertex Central offers residential and home office units just within walking distance from two major business districts – Cebu Business Park and Cebu IT Park.
The 33-story development offers 753 units studio, one-bedroom, and home office units.
Priland Residences offers 360 Living where all developments are designed to complement a modern way of life that values convenience, accessibility and complete amenities.
For the cosmopolitan dwellers here in Vertex Central, amenities such as the pool, gym, lounge deck, sky garden and commercial spaces are in store.
He emphasized that Priland’s another standard in every residences project are the provisions to allow ease of convenience and connectivity of residents. These include air-conditioner, telephone, cable, induction stove, range hood, sprinklers, and smoke and heat detectors.
Vertex Central is poised to be a significant landmark in the metro.
