Ehda M. Dagooc - The Freeman

CEBU, Philippines — Commercial property developer Oakridge Realty Development Corporation (ORDC) has tapped an international property advisory firm to market its newly launched 12-storey Oakridge IT Center 3 (OITC3) building.

The agreement was made official with the signing ceremony held last July 12, 2019 attended by ORDC Director for Sales, Marketing & Business Development Ms. Anne K. Liu and ORDC Director for Legal, Finance & HR Atty. Karen Climaco, together with Santos Knight Frank Executive Director Joanie Mitchell and Director Idyll Ann M. Lacson.

According to ORDC statement, the partnership is aimed to provide seamless service to both corporate and private clients of OITC 3 focusing on a more long-term client relationship.

Santos Knight Frank is a long-term franchise partnership between Knight Frank – the leading independent global property consultancy headquartered in London – and Rick Santos, the founder and CEO of the leading real estate brokerage and consulting firm in the country (formerly CBRE Philippines).

Last July 12, Oakridge Business Park launched the OITC 3, a Grade A building that features 12 floors with high ceiling and wide-open spaces and is fully equipped with top-of-the-line fixtures, amenities and technological systems, as well as a three-level podium parking.  It is poised to be a PEZA accredited building that will cater to both foreign and local business establishments.

OITC 3 is the newest I.T. tower in the masterfully planned Oakridge Business Park, the distinct address in A.S. Fortuna St., Mandaue City. The business park’s refreshing landscaped open areas and modern-designed buildings demonstrate the perfect union of business and leisure.

Oakridge Realty Development Corp.’s flagship project is the Oakridge Business Park which is an open, landscaped and strategically-located four-hectare property housing numerous IT centers, retail outlets and event venues, providing different opportunities for work, dining, celebrations and other lifestyle moments for its many tenants and customers.

ORDC chief executive officer Edmun H. Liu earlier expressed the company’s strong confidence on Cebu’s real estate sector and that expansion plans will soon be announced. (FREEMAN)
