BANGKOK, Thailand — The four-man crew representing the Philippines faced off with their foes one last time before ONE Championship’s “Warriors of the World” card at the Banyan Tree Hotel here.
April Osenio (left) of Team Lakay leads the pack. She takes on Chinese contender Xiong Jingan.
Rome Trinidad (left), a model-turned-mixed martial artist, is set to make a debut in the promotion. She tackles hometown darling Rika Ishige.
Jimmy Yabo (left) seeks to arrest a dry spell against muay thai superstar Sagetdao Petpayathai.
Lastly, Rabin Catalan (left) tries to finally snare a victory in the promotion at the expense of another Thai standout in Kristada Kongsrichai.
The showpiece comes off wraps on Saturday night at the Impact Arena, with Yoshitaka Naito defending his strawweight title against Alex Silva, and Shannon Wiratchai taking on Rasul Yakhyaev in a lightweight title eliminator.
