Bohol Rep. Aumentado succumbs to pneumonia

MANILA, Philippines -  Bohol 2nd District Rep. Erico Aumentado passed away last night after battling with pneumonia.
 
Aumentado succumbed to the disease around 8:37 p.m. at the Coronary Care Unit of St. Luke's Medical Center in Quezon City.
 
Aumentado, who also served as a Bohol governor, was brought to the hospital last December 9 from his home province.
 
Members of the House of Representatives will pay their last respects tomorrow, December 27, to Aumentado, who also served as chairman of the House of Representatives' ethics and privilege committee.
