Cebu’s Bet in the Worldwide Hospitality Awards

CEBU, Philippines - The general manager of a Cebu City hotel has been nominated in the Worldwide Hospitality Awards 2014 as Best Hotelier International. The nominee is Mr. Philippe Frugère of the Waterfront Cebu City Hotel and Casino in Lahug, Cebu City.

Industry insiders believe Frugère's chances are good, considering his 15 years of work experience as general manager in various luxury and 5-star hotels in different countries such as France, USA, Switzerland, North Africa, Maldives, Mauritius and Oman. Mr. Frugère was also nominated in 2013 as Best Hotelier International. "I am quite honored and humbled by this nomination for Best Hotelier in the International category for the second year again," he said.

Mr. Frugère, being a team minded individual paired with his strong leadership skills, has maintained a firm and proficient leadership style which ensures efficiency and competence to keep the hotel's image at its peak. He is set on attaining defined goals and objectives that would better enhance services and operations at Waterfront Cebu City Hotel and Casino.
