CEBU, Philippines - Psalmstre, a 16-year-old skincare company, has forged a partnership with the 35-year-old Fashion Designers Association of the Philippines (FDAP) as its sponsor in its series of events.

New Placenta maker, Psalmstre Enterprises, through chief executive officer Jim Acosta, said his company is thankful for the opportunity the association has given them.

“Psalmstre is grateful to have been given the trust and confidence by FDAP as one of its event partners. Business aside, our partnership is about friendship and brotherhood. FDAP is a big institution composed of the finest fashion designers of the Philippines. Psalmstre shares the same vision with that of the organization, so this partnership really serves our purpose,” said Acosta.

Psalmstre has been noted as a big supporter for local and national competitions, especially pageants. The company believes that it is a good way of helping young Filipinos help themselves.

Meanwhile, FDAP is handling the Body Shots 2016 pageant, which is expected to feature young Filipino men and women in their best shapes and sharpest brains. The competition will also feature the creations of today’s budding Filipino designers who are active members of the organization. Body Shots Cebu organizers already chose the finalists, who will be presented to the media soon.

FDAP national president Digna Rosales lauded Psalmstre’s commitment in supporting the projects of the organization. She said that the organization needs faithful companies to assist in implementing its causes.

Top Filipino designers in the local and international scenes such as Rajo Laurel, Frederick Peralta, Albert Andrada and Renee Salud, among others, came from this institution.
