CEBU, Philippines — Ang beterana na sa natad sa indigay nga si Kris Tiffany Janson maoy nakalangkat sa titulo nga Miss Universe Philippines (MUPH)-Cebu 2024 ug gipahigayon ang koronasyon didto sa Waterfront Cebu City Hotel and Casino niadtong Sabado sa gabii.
Atol sa final Q&A portion, gipangutana ang Top 7 finalists og: “If you were to create a major headline in Cebu tomorrow that is socially relevant, what would it be, and why?.”
Ang tubag ni Kris nagkanayon,” If I were to create a headline, it would be 'Cebu: Empowering Stronger Women' because Cebu is known to be a very open city and what I love about Cebu is that we are very welcoming-and we do love - and we empower our women. Pipila sa titulo ni Kris kaniadto kay Bb. Pilipinas Intercontinental 2014 ug Miss Intercontinental 20214 second runner-up.
Samtang ang usa pud sa mga tang-an nga si Juvel Mangubat Ducay sa Bantayan Island maoy napili nga Miss Universe Philippines Cebu Tourism, ug ang representante sa Minglanilla nga si Nica Zosa Nabu maoy nakakuha sa titulo nga Miss Universe Philippines Cebu Charity.
Wala pud nagpaulahi ang pambato sa Talisay City nga si Mary Josephine Paaske kinsa maoy nakakuha sa pasidungog nga Miss Universe Philippines Cebu Heritage, samtang ang representante sa Lapu-Lapu City nga si Natasha Testa maoy napili nga The Miss Philippines Cebu.
Ang ubang mga mananaog kay naglangkob nila ni Mipsen Calves sa Carcar City (1st runner-up) ug Thelma Suzanne Dayao sa San Fernando (2nd runner-up).
