Mark hindi nagsasabi ng totoo?

Time or lack of it: ito ang ibinigay na dahilan ni Mark Herras sa naging break-up nila ni EB Babe Lian Paz. If you think it’s a lame excuse obviously it is.

Maging ang manager niyang si Lolit Solis doesn’t buy his crap. Doing other things, kabilang na rin ang paglulumavlife, is all about time management. If I were Mark, I would be man enough to state the reason, a more believable one, para hindi  naman nagmumukhang inagrabyado niya si Lian.

Whether Mark likes it or not, Lian has earned both public compassIon and sympathy. At kung ako rin si Lian, I wouldn’t bank on my former boyfriend’s words na kakausapin siya in a week’s time. What for?

Diretsahin na ni Mark si Lian that theirs is already finished business. May closure na even earlier than Lian thought. While Mark gets the admiration of Rhian Ramos for not badmouthing anyone in all of his interviews, he gets a failing mark as far as truthfulness is concerned.

God forbid, kung hindi magiging pabor ang magiging resolution ng judge na humahawak ng libel case filed by Piolo Pascual and Sam Milby against ‘Nay Lolit the fact that it might be decided either in March and April this year makes it one for the books.

If ever, ito ang pinaka-speediest trial ever in the history of libel cases in and out of showbiz, merely taking all of four to five months since the case was filed in court.

But between now and those months, marami pang puwedeng mangyari, as the scenario offers endless possibilities na sa amicable settlement din mauuwi ang lahat. In fairness to Piolo and Sam’s legal counsel, this is also what they foresee.

For now, ‘Nay Lolit  is exercising the breadth of her wisdom: unless the plaintiffs sign an affidavit  of desistance, the embattled TV  host-columnist will never yield to the ‘retraction demand’ expected of her.

And you call that strategy as old and brilliant as ‘Nay Lolit’s alma mater (UP at 100).

Ang ibinoto kong si Rhian as may hands-down choice to play Darna ay sa Dyesebel na. Hindi man siya magso-soar to greater heights via the role, this cannot be said of her career status.

For me, sa hanay ng mga GMA artists, Rhian is out to give them a run for their money. She reminds me of Nanette Medved, articulate and sensible.
