MANILA, Philippines — Nagsagawa ng masu­sing pagsusuri sa “job performance” ng mga Kinatawan ng Distrito sa buong Pilipinas, na nagresulta sa isang buong bansa na rating ng pinakapambihirang mga miyembro ang RP-Mission and Development Foundation Inc. (RPMD).

The performance assessment consists of three pivotal parameters: district representation, legislative performance, and constituent service. Ang independent at non-commissioned na “Boses ng Bayan” nationwide survey ay nag-unveil ng top-performing district Representatives sa Pilipinas.

Sina Sandro Marcos (95.8%), Kristine Singson (95.6%), Duke Frasco (95.6%), Pablo John Garcia (95.2%), at Chiquiting Sagarbarria (95.1%) ay magkatuwang na nakaposisyon sa tuktok bilang pinakamahusay na gumaganap na mga kinatawan ng distrito sa Pilipinas.

Isinaalang-alang ng survey ang mga kontribusyon ng mga kinatawan sa kani-kanilang distrito at binibigyang-diin ang kanilang natitirang pagganap.

Ang “national ranking” ay batay sa isang sistema ng pagmamarka na sinusuri ang representasyon ng distrito ng mga kinatawan, pagganap ng pambatasan, at serbisyo ng nasasakupan. Ang survey na “House of Representatives Public Satisfaction” ay bahagi ng national poll na “RPMD’s Boses ng Bayan” na isinagawa ng RP-Mission and Development Foundation Inc. Ang survey ay isinagawa bawat distrito sa bawat rehiyon, na may kabuuang 10,000 respondents na nakarehistrong mga botante. Ang margin ng error sa sampling ay ±1 porsyento na may 95% na antas ng kumpiyansa.
