UST vs Letran benefit game
MANILA, Philippines - Maghaharap ang University of Santo Tomas at Letran bukas sa Letran gym sa Intramuros para sa isang benefit game para makatulong sa mga biktima ng super typhoon Yolanda.
Inihayag ni Letran athletic moderator Fr. Vic Calvo, OP kahapon na ang Knights at Tigers, runners up sa NCAA at UAAP, ayon sa pagkakasunod ay magsasagupa sa alas-2:00 ng hapon kung saan ang ticket ay P300.
“We had this joke that it will be a match between the lonely Knights and the crying Tigers because we both lost in our leagues, us in the NCAA and them in the UAAP,†sabi ni Calvo. “But joking aside, we decided to play a game for a cause for our countrymen in need. We will also welcome donations in cash and in kind aside from the tickets.â€
