Rios dedma lang sa mga balita ukol kay Pacquiao

MANILA, Philippines -Hindi pinansin ni Brandon ‘Bam Bam’ Rios ang mga ulat na isa-isang binubugbog ni Manny Pacquiao ang kanyang tatlong sparring partners sa training camp sa Ge-neral Santos City.

Sa panayam ng HustleBoss.com, sinabi ng 27-anyos na si Rios na magiging maganda ang kanilang upakan ng 34-anyos na si Pacquiao.

“That’s good. That means we got a fight going on. If he looks good and if he looks great against his sparring partners, that’s good,” ani Rios.

Nakatakdang paglabanan nina Pacquiao at Rios ang World Boxing Organization (WBO) interim welterweight crown sa Nobyembre 24 sa Macau, China.

Nauna nang sumabak sa sparring session si Rios sa kanilang training camp ni chief trainer Robert Garcia sa Oxnard, California.

Dumating naman si trainer Freddie Roach sa General Santos City noong nakaraang linggo matapos igiya si dating world welterweight titlist Miguel Cotto sa panalo laban kay Delvin Rodriguez ng Dominican Republic.

Sinasabing ang laban ni Pacquiao kay Rios ay isang tune-up lamang ng Filipino world eight-division champion para sa mas malaking laban sa susunod na taon.

Ngunit pinalagan ito ni Rios, ang dating WBO light welterweight king.

“I aint no sparring partner. I don’t give a f*ck how you look against sparring partners. You can look great against sparring partners. But you’re not going to fight a sparring partner. You’re fighting me,” wika ni Rios.

“And I aint no sparring partner. At the end of the day, that’s good. I hope he’s doing good, so we can have a great fight and give the fans what they want,” dagdag pa ng Mexican-American fighter.
