MANILA, Philippines - Inimbitahan ni Ricky Reyes, founder of the Filipino Hairdressers Coop (Fil-Hair) and president of the Asia Pacific Hairdressers and Cosmetologists Association (APHCA) ang lahat ng beauty practitioners and salon owners sa ginanap na 13th APHCA Hair Olympics last October 21 sa Philtrade Center.
Ang mga nanalo sa regional competitions sa buong bansa ay makikipaglaban sa 12 APHCA member-countries. Categories are Men’s Cut, Ladies’ Cut, Bridal Make Up, Fantasy Make Up and Evening Make Up.
