Dengue naman

Kailangan talaga ang tripleng pag-iingat ng lahat ngayon dahil hindi lang ang COVID-19 ang problema kundi pati na rin ang dengue cases lalo at tag-ulan na naman.

Saan man tayo lumingon nandoon ang problema sa kalusugan, maging COVID o dengue man.

Narito ang ulat sa dengue para ma-remind na kailangan talagang mag-ingat tayo,

“The Phlippines has confirmed dengue cases. Dengue occurs nationally and year-round in the Philippines. Peak transmission occurs during the rainy season, May through November.

Dengue is a viral infection caused by four types of viruses (DENV-1, DENV-2, DENV-3, DENV-4) belonging to the Flaviviridae family. The viruses are transmitted through the bite of infected Aedes aegypti and Aedes albopictus female mosquitoes that feed both indoors and outdoors during the daytime (from dawn to dusk). These mosquitoes thrive in areas with standing water, including puddles, water tanks, containers and old tires. Lack of reliable sanitation and regular garbage collection also contribute to the spread of the mosquitoes.

Risk of dengue exists in tropical and subtropical areas of Central America, South America, Africa, Asia, and Oceania. All travellers are at risk during outbreaks. Long-term travellers and humanitarian workers going to areas where Dengue is endemic are at higher risk. Dengue occurs in urban and suburban settings with higher transmission rates happening during the rainy season.”

Ngunit huwag din nating kalimutan ang COVID-19 dahil mas malalang strain na ang nandito ngayon sa Pilipinas. Wala na tayong pera kaya hindi na puwedeng bumalik sa community quarantine or enhanced community quarantine status. Wala na tayong pangtustos.

Hindi lang naman Pilipinas ang nagkakaproblema sa ekonomiya ngayon dahil lahat na nga at milyun-milyon ang nawawalan ng trabaho.

Kaya sa panahong ito, tanging ang Diyos lamang ang dapat nating kapitan dahil lahat tayo ay powerless at walang magagawa.
