Chot malaki ang ambag sa Gilas

Chris Co - Pang-masa

“I feel like Chot Reyes gave us the feel that we could play with these guys. He did it in 2014, when we stayed close against Argentina all the way to the last minute, and just lost the games. But he proved to us we can play with these guys,” ani Cone.

“It’s the same with the World Cup in 2023. We were there with the Dominican Republic. That Gilas group gave us an idea that yeah, we can compete with these teams.  We just gotta figure out a way, get over the hump,” ani Cone.
