4. Huwag manigarilyo.

6. Kumain ng healthy diet na maraming prutas, gulay, at bawasan ang saturated fats na makukuha sa red meat, asin, at sugar.

6. Magkaroon ng regular na exercise.

7. Panatilihin ang ­heal­­­­thy weight.
