MANILA, Philippines - Muling pipilitin ng San Mig Coffee na masikwat ang finals berth, habang ha­ngad naman ng Talk ‘N Text na makapuwersa ng Game Five.

Bitbit ang 2-1 bentahe sa kanilang best-of-five se­mifinals series, susubukan ng Mixers na pitasin ang finals ticket sa pakikipagsagupa sa Tropang Texters sa Game Four ngayong alas-8 ng gabi sa 2014 PBA Governors’ Cup sa Smart Araneta Coliseum.

Pinigilan ng Talk ‘N Text ang pagwalis sa kanila ng San Mig Coffee matapos kunin ang 112-86 panalo sa Game Three noong Lunes at tsansang maitabla ang kanilang serye.

“The one thing we had going for us is that we played as a team offen­sively,” sabi ni  Texters’ head coach Norman Black. “The ball was really moving from hand-to-hand. Nobody was really holding it. Guys are real­ly looking to give the extra pass and get a better shot.”

Nalimita naman si import Marqus Blakely sa 8 points at seven rebounds sa loob ng 27 minuto para sa San Mig Coffee.

Nauna nang sinikwat ng Mixers ang Game One via overtime, 92-88, at ang Game Two, 93-85, para ma­kalapit sa kanilang pang-apat na sunod na finals ap­pearance.

Pinamunuan ni PJ Simon ang San Mig Coffee ni mentor Tim Cone sa kanyang 18 markers kasunod ang 11 ni Joe Devance.
