Orcollo, Lining talo

MANILA, Philippines -  Magkasunod na nabigo sina Antonio Lining at Dennis Orcollo sa round of 16 ng 2010 Guinness World Pool Championships sa Indonesia.

Ang world No. 8 na si Lining ay tinalo ni Japanese top seed Naoyuki Oi, 6-8, habang ang World Pool Masters champion na si Orcollo ay yumukod kay Darren Appleton ng England, 3-8.

Sinamantala ni Oi ang mintis ni Lining sa 8-ball corner pocket sa 4th at paltos sa 7th rack para kunin ang 5-2 abante.

“My game simply just wasn’t there today. My stroke felt tight and at the same time he (Oi) was in top form,” ani Lining. “This is a disappointing loss for me because I really wanted to win here. But that’s just the breaks of the game. Sometimes you have ‘it’ and sometimes you don’t.”
