Live a unique lifestyle
THE PEPPER MILL - Pepper Teehankee (The Philippine Star) - April 17, 2018 - 12:00am

Filigree, the newest luxury real estate brand in the country, welcomed its renowned designers and guests at Botanika Nature Residences in Filinvest City, Alabang with the turnover of its Tower 1 recently.

Luxurious, low-density condominium Botanika reached a major milestone as the project’s first phase was completed on time,  allowing some of the country’s discriminating homeowners to already move in. This is a testimony of Filigree’s ability to complete masterfully crafted, upscale living spaces on time and without compromise.

Filigree head Catherine Ilagan said, “We are extremely pleased to welcome residents as they finally make Botanika their home. Botanika by Filigree is a bespoke residential condominium masterpiece that we are most proud of. That we were able to finish it on time and to exacting standards proves our unyielding commitment to investors and unit owners.”

Guests listened to symphonic music as they looked at Botanika’s atrium and lobby that featured great ventilation and natural light streaming in. Lush “gardenscapes” that are all over the development helped the development gain a three-star BERDE rating for design from the Philippine Green Building Council.

Architect Dodo Casibang of AECOM talked about how the lush landscape connects Botanika’s features and amenities. “One of the things that I am truly proud of is really how we were able to seamlessly integrate indoor and outdoor spaces.”

For his part, Andy Locsin of Leandro V. Locsin Partners also shared how Botanika’s architecture considered the kind of lifestyle that awaits the future residents. “One of the core values of this project is the ability to live an environmentally ethical life. I think that is one of the aspects that the clients are looking for.”

Guests were also given a tour of the grand three-bedroom mock-up unit, the state-of-the-art business center, as well as the indoor and outdoor kids’ play area, all interior designed by Isabelle Miaja of the Miaja Design Group.

Botanika Nature Residences stands out as a product bearing iconic architecture, generosity of space, unparalleled finishes and build quality, great amenities and superior property management that make for green and worry-free living beyond compare.

Congratulations, Denice & Jacob!

The newlywends with Perry and Robina Pe.

It was a day of celebrating life and love as Ever Bilena key accounts manager Denice Sy and Mr. Chinatown 2017 Jacob Muñez exchanged “I do’s” at Pico de Loro in Batangas recently. The bride walked down the aisle in the arms of her proud father and Ever Bilena CEO Dioceldo Sy. Denice and Jacob, who announced their engagement in November last year, were surrounded by family and dear friends on their special day. The ceremony was officiated by Christ’s Commission Fellowship pastor Peter Tan-Chi and pastor Ricky Sarthou. The couple’s godparents included Herbert Sy, Robina Gokongwei-Pe, Carol Sy, Public Works and Highways Secretary Mark Villar, Alice Eduardo and Willy Ocier. Among the well-wishers seen at the wedding were Ever Bilena endorsers Sunshine Cruz, Max Collins, Andrea Brilliantes, Dianne Medina and Alyana, Anykka and Alyssa Asistio.

Integrity at 70

For its 70th anniversary, AM Oreta & Co. Inc. launched a commemorative book titled Integrity at 70 at the M Café in Greenbelt 5, Makati City recently.

The book, edited by my friend and award-winning writer Sarge Lacuesta, highlights the most important achievements and the history of the company and its founder Antolin M. Oreta.

During the launch, light cocktails were passed around while some of the guests gave speeches that talked about the company’s past projects and clients. After more mingling, heavy cocktails were then served.

In a speech he wrote, Lacuesta said, “It is a living document of a continuing legacy that Antolin M. Oreta began — a continuing present, if you will, that we are proud to bring forward toward the future, as well as a token of gratitude.”
