KAMUNGGAY. An American vegetarian who vacationed here for two weeks, brought home (Arizona, USA) some kamunggay seeds to be planted in his backyard. He said some Filipino friends have convinced him of the efficacy of kamunggay as health supplement.

AFRICA. Did you know that kamunggay is popular among some Africans to whom this Pinoy vegetable was introduced years ago by a Cebuano nutrition expert then connected with the United Nations? In that country, kamunggay is not known as such but is named after the doctor's wife.
