International luxury brand Jewelmer recently presented a private preview of the documentary Power of Pearl: The Farm Beneath the Sea at SM Aura in Bonifacio Global City prior to its international tour.

The event was led by Jewelmer group chairman Manuel Cojuangco, group president and CEO Jacques Branellec, EVP and deputy CEO Jacques Christophe Branellec, SVP and creative director Gaelle Branellec and brand manager Marion Branellec de Guzman alongside Irene Martel Francisco, managing director of Philippine Tatler, which co-presented the event. The private preview was attended by VIPs and personalities who champion environmental conservation.

The documentary, directed by Ahbra Cale Perry and Robert Taylor Higgins, is a poignant look at all the ways Jewelmer works towards sustainability and providing livelihood for the communities in Palawan, where the brand’s iconic golden South Sea pearls are harvested.
