Cebu Pacific warns public vs fraudulent tickets

MANILA, Philippines — After three people were caught with tickets bought through stolen or fraudulent credit cards, Cebu Pacific warns the public against booking their flights in unauthorized platforms or outlets.
Cebu Pacific said some people were found to have used stolen or unauthorized credit cards to book flights, convert it into travel funds and offer it for sale through Facebook.
The budget carrier warned the public that passengers would not be allowed to board if their tickets are bought from unauthorized sellers.
Cebu Pacific said passengers should book their flights only through the airline’s official website, mobile app or accredited travel partners.
