MANILA, Philippines — The University of the Philippines (UP) yesterday released the results of the UP College Admission Test (UPCAT) for academic year (AY) 2024-2025.
“Application results for incoming new first-year students for AY 2024-2025 are now available,” the UP System said in an announcement posted on its official Facebook account.
Applicants were advised to log in to the UPCAT application portal using their respective email address and password to view the results.
The UPCAT passers were told to “reply to the offer” by May 31.
UP has yet to disclose the total number of passers out of over 100,000 who took the UPCAT 2024 held on June 3 and 4 last year.
UP president Angelo Jimenez, however, earlier said the university could accept up to 15,000 first year students for AY 2024-2025.
Just last Monday, the UP opened the applications for UPCAT for AY 2025-2026, to be held on Aug. 10 and 11.
