Man nabbed over firecracker sale

CAMP OLIVAS, Pampanga, Philippines — Police arrested a man for selling illegal firecrackers in Bocaue, Bulacan on Saturday.

Armando Relatos, 45, was collared after he sold P2,000 worth of Big Trianggulo to police undercover agents in Barangay Binang 1st, according to Col. Jonas Amparo, deputy director for operations of the Central Luzon police.

Amparo said the sting was conducted after the Bocaue police received information that the suspect was selling illegal firecrackers in the village.

Seized from Relatos were 17 pieces of Big Trianggulo, a motorcycle and marked money.
