Northeast monsoon to bring cloudy skies

MANILA, Philippines — The northeast monsoon is affecting extreme northern Luzon, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration.

PAGASA said Batanes and the Babuyan group of islands would have cloudy skies with scattered rains.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rains due to localized thunderstorms.
