Power outage to hit Pangasinan

LINGAYEN, Pangasinan, Philippines – Parts of Pangasinan will experience a 10-hour power interruption on Tuesday, the National Grid Corp. of the Philippines (NGCP) announced yesterday.

The towns of Malasiqui, Binmaley, Lingayen, Bugallon, Aguilar, Mangatarem, Urbiztondo and San Carlos City will be affected by the 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. power outage, said Melma Batario, NGCP regional corporate communication and public affairs officer.

The power outage will pave the way to maintenance works at a substation, transmission line and metering facility of the Central Pangasinan Electic Cooperative.
