Another dredge pipe found off Zambales

CAMP OLIVAS, Pampanga, Philippines –  Fishermen from Zambales found another 1.1-kilometer-long dredge floater or dredging pipe near the West Philippines Sea on Sunday.

It was the third dredge pipe to be found in the area since last month.

The fishermen towed the pipe toward Iba.

The first two pipes were found off the villages of Sto. Rosario and San Agustin, both in Iba, on July 24.

The fishermen have started dismantling the pipes. They were hoping to secure a certification showing their ownership of their find.
