Boy, 14, shoots 7-year-old cousin in Laguna

LAGUNA, Philippines – A seven-year-old boy is in serious condition after he was accidentally shot by his 14-year-old cousin in Barangay Sta. Rosa in Alaminos town here yesterday.

The victim is confined at the San Pablo City Medical Center Hospital.

Police said the two boys were playing in the house of the older boy at around 1 p.m. when they found a caliber .22 pistol.

The 14-year-old hit the victim in the forehead.
