Legazpi waiter is new lotto millionaire

MANILA, Philippines - A 33-year-old waiter from Legazpi City in Albay is the latest member of the “lotto millionaires“ club” after he got this week his share of the P27-million jackpot of the 6/42 lotto online, the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) said.

Jose Ferdinand Rojas II, PCSO general manager, said the waiter, who works in a fast-food restaurant, got the six-digit winning combination of 4-8-11-12-20-21 which had a jackpot of P27,893,532.

The waiter shared the jackpot with a bettor from Lucena City, Quezon who still has to  show up at the PCSO office.
