Cara Delevingne to present P-pop group BINI's Billboard award

MANILA, Philippines — Entertainment magazine Billboard has tapped model-actress Cara Delevingne to present BINI their Global Force Award at this year's Billboard Women in Music honors.
The annual awards recognizes women in the music industry who have made significant contributions to the business and inspire other generations to take on responsibilities in the field.
BINI was announced as a Global Force honoree, an achievement that comes after the P-pop act's historic performances at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival. BINI is considered the first Filipino girl group to perform at the long-running event.
Canadian rock band The Beaches, who will receive the award from Filipino-American content creator and singer Bella Poarch, is also being honored with the Global Force Award.
Delevingne and Poarch were unveiled as presenters by Billboard alongside Brandi Carlile, Ciara, Coco Jones, Dionne Warwick, Eva Longoria, Victoria Monét, Kim Petras, Lainey Wilson, and Tyla.
Filipinos can look forward to Longoria presenting the Icon Award to Mexican singer-actress Thalía. The "Queen of Latin Pop" and the "Queen of Telenovelas" is best known for starring in her "María Trilogy" of "María Mercedes," "Marimar," and "María la del Barrio," as well as "Rosalinda."
Huntr/x, the singing voices of "KPop Demon Hunters" composed of EJAE, Audrey Nuna, and Rei Ami, will be presented the evening's top award, Woman of the Year.
Sarah Geronimo received the Global Force Award in 2024 and ended her acceptance speech about courage and hope in Filipino.
The 2026 Billboard Women In Music honors will take place on April 29 (the 30th in the Philippines) at Los Angeles' Hollywood Palladium, and can be viewed live on Billboard's website and YouTube channel.
