Business permits sa Quezon City, home delivery na
MANILA, Philippines — Para lalong mapabilis ang transaksyon sa negosyo sa Quezon City, naglunsad ang lokal na pamahalaan ng isang sistema na magde-deliver ng business permit sa tirahan mismo ng aplikante.
Sa pamamagitan ng Automatic Document Delivery System (ADDS) sa ilalim ng city’s Business Permits and Licensing Department (BPLD), ang lahat ng evaluated at completed permits tulad ng bagong negosyo, amended at renewed permits ay ipadadala na sa bahay ng aplikante .
“Before, applicants have to set an appointment or book a courier service at their expense just to pick up their business permits. Now, we have already partnered with Airspeed that will do the delivery for them for free and for their convenience,” pahayag ni Mayor Joy Belmonte.
Makaraang mai-submit ng aplikante ang sinagutang unified application form at kaukulang mga requirements sa QC E-services, ang dokumento ay agad na susuriin ng BPLD, Zoning Administration Unit, City Assessor’s Department at iba pang ancillary departments.
Agad na ipalalabas ang approved at completed permits sa Business One-Stop-Shop (BOSS) at saka ipo-forward sa ADDS. Ang ADDS ang maghihiwalay ng mga dokumento para sa filing at delivery, print ng KyusiPass, mag- e-encode ng dokumento na handang ilabas at nagpi-print ng isang unique QR code kasama ang address ng aplikante.
“Bago namin i-release ‘yung permit, mayroon kaming checklist at sinisiguro namin na kumpleto ang ipapadala nating documents sa mga business owner. Halimbawa, kapag ipapadala natin ang permit para sa new business, dapat included sa envelope ‘yung mismong permit, plate, Kyusipass, original official receipt, at tax bill,” pahayag naman ni BPLD chief Ma. Margarita Santos.
