Man charged for drug session at health center

MANILA, Philippines - A tricycle driver faces charges for allegedly sniffing shabu at the health center in Barangay Doña Imelda, Quezon City last Feb. 17.

Erwin Adagao, 38, was arrested by barangay watchmen who caught him sniffing shabu behind the health center at around 8 p.m., said Quezon City Police District Station 11 commander Superintendent Norberto Babagay.

He said the watchmen, who were patrolling the area, recovered from Adagao a lighter and strips of aluminum foil with traces of what investigators suspect to be shabu.
