JVR to hire Soc’s ex-executive aide

CEBU, Philippines -  Talisay City Mayor Johnny De los Reyes will hire as his consultant on social service and special activities the executive assistant of former mayor and now city Councilor Socrates Fernandez. 

City administrator John Yre De los Reyes said the members of the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), which he is the chairman, has suggested that Lolita Ylaya be hired as his consultant. 

De los Reyes said Ylaya will supervise the activities of personnel assigned to social services and special activities.  (FREEMAN)
