4 councilors have perfect attendance

CEBU, Philippines - Two administration councilors and two opposition councilors registered a perfect attendance in both regular and special sessions of the Talisay City Council in the past two years.

The performance report The Freeman obtained from the Council secretariat covered the period July 13, 2010 to June 19, 2012. The Council held 74 regular sessions and 13 special sessions within this period.

Those with perfect attendance include Majority Floor Leader and three-term Councilor Rodolfo Cabigas and second-term Councilor Dennis Basillote of the administration and neophyte Councilors Danilo Caballero and Romeo Villarante of the opposition. - THE FREEMAN
