Chef Alain Ducasse at 'Before Cuisine There was Nature'

MANILA, Philippines - Enderun Colleges and the Alain Ducasse Formation will hold a forum dubbed “Before Cuisine There Was Nature” on Feb. 24 at 2 p.m.

The forum will feature a panel of industry leaders led by Alain Ducasse, as keynote speaker, in a much-awaited industry forum dubbed, “Before Cuisine There was Nature.”

French national Alain Ducasse is one of the rare chefs in the prestigious Michelin guide’s history to run restaurants carrying three-star rankings in three different cities: the Le Louis XV in Monte Carlo; Alain Ducasse au Plaza Athénée in Paris; and Alain Ducasse at the Dorchester in London.

Other members of the panel are Dr. Lance Masters, Provost of Enderun Colleges; Bel Castro, faculty member for F&B at Enderun; Reto Klauser, general manager of Makati Shangri-La; chef J Gamboa, director of Les Toques Blanches Philippines; and Amy Besa, New York-based award-winning author and restaurateur; and F&B World editor-in-chief Nana Ozaeta.
