A grand evening for Pitang

“The more you praise and celebrate your life, the more there is to celebrate.” — Oprah Winfrey

The ever lovely Pitang Tiongson recently celebrated her birthday at the Manila Polo Club where her family and dearest friends enjoyed the evening filled with heartfelt music, fun moments and a time to lend a hand to Pitang’s favorite charity, Mary Mother of the Poor Church. The festivity, attended by over 300 guests, started with the celebration of the Holy Mass led by Fr. Fernando Suarez and an invocation with the song The Prayer sang by Pitang and her granddaughter Adriana Lopez. What followed was a concert where Pitang performed her rendition of eight of her timeless favorite songs plus two duets with Lionel Guico.

Seen at the lavish gathering were Asia’s fashion czar Pitoy Moreno, multi-awarded director Nick Lizaso, Philippine Cancer Society Best Dressed Women of the Philippines Style Icon awardee Cristina Ponce Enrile and Monaco Consul General Fortune Ledesma.

More blessed years to come, Pitang! Cheers!

Oh, it’s Baby’s birthday!

On the same week, she hosted an intimate celebration for another set of friends at the Manila Polo Club. Everyone had a memorable time as they wished Baby all the best and more fruitful years ahead. Happy Birthday!
