MANILA, Philippines — President Marcos hopes for a safe and peaceful observance of All Saints’ Day (Nov. 1) and All Souls’ Day (Nov. 2) this year.

“A solemn and peaceful Undas for all of us,” Marcos said in his latest vlog, or video blog, posted on YouTube yesterday.

“To those who will go on vacation or out of town, have a safe trip. Keep our cemeteries clean and take care of your belongings,” he added.

The President is expected to visit the tomb of his father, Ferdinand Marcos Sr., at the Libingan ng mga Bayani in Taguig City on Nov. 1.

Marcos declared Nov. 1 and 2 as non-working holidays.
