Rochelle Pangilinan gives birth to baby girl

MANILA, Philippines — Kapuso actress Rochelle Pangilinan has given birth to her first baby girl via Caesarean section at the Medical City in Ortigas, Pasig City on February 24. 

Rochelle was reportedly with her husband Arthur Solinap during the entire process. The baby reportedly weighed seven pounds. Reports added that the new parents still has no name for their daughter. 

The couple announced last August 2018 that Rochelle was pregnant. In November, they revealed the baby’s gender. 

In an interview with Philstar.com before giving birth, the former Sexbomb dancer revealed she had no diet restrictions during her pregnancy. 

“Lahat kinakain ko. Kung ano ‘yung naisip ko, kinakain ko. Wala na kong morning sickness, noong first trimester meron. Nilabanan ko with happy hormones and ginger tea,” said the star of drama series "Onanay."

Meanwhile, Arthur gave tips on how to start a family: “Yung ginawa namin, hiningi muna namin kay God ‘yung perfect timing. Pag nabigay na niya, make sure to enjoy every step tapos ibigay ‘yung best kasi minsan lang ‘yan e.”

Arthur said Rochelle is fine and is now recovering.
