Toni Gonzaga defends younger sister's singing talent

Joyce Jimenez - The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines - Toni Gonzaga has defended her sister Alex Gonzaga's singing talent.

During the press conference of “The Voice of the Philippines” season 2 on Thursday, Luis Manzano and Robi Domingo were asked to choose who between Toni and Alex is the better singer and host. Both male hosts chose Toni.

She then explained why her sister doesn't take singing seriously.

Meanwhile, Toni admitted that she sometimes get irritated with her younger sister.

When these situations lead to siblings quarrel, their mom usually mediates.

“Nakikiramdam ang Mommy,” she said, laughing.

Catch the wacky antics of Toni and Alex, together with Luis Manzano and Robi Domingo in the season  two of “The Voice of the Philippines” starting October 26, 8:30 p.m. at ABS-CBN.
