La Salle Heartthrob is Rookie of the Year

MANILA, Philippines - Jeron Teng, 18, a.k.a. La Salle Heartthrob, will be awarded Rookie of the Year for the UAAP 75th season at 3 p.m. today before the second final game with UST’s Tigers vs. Ateneo’s Blue Eagles). Jeron is the son of Alvin Teng (formerly of the San Miguel team) and the brother of Jeric Teng (of UST’s Tigers, another heartthrob). He was also chosen as one of UAAP’s Mythical 5. Jeron is in the Enervon commercial with Ateneo’s lead player Kiefer Ravena.
