Divas4Divas tonight at the Araneta Coliseum

Divas4Divas, a show featuring four of the country’s best female singers, happens tonight at 8 at Araneta Coliseum. For the first time, Kuh Ledesma, Zsa Zsa Padilla, Pops Fernandez and Regine Velasquez share the stage in a show that is considered to be history-in-the-making and the biggest concert of the year.

So much controversy has hogged the headlines about the divas’ show but it is all systems go. Kuh, Zsa Zsa, Pops and Regine promise to give a spectacular show with Louie Ocampo as musical director. The four divas will wear costumes designed by Edwin Uy, Brian Leyva, Joey Samson and Oliver Tolentino. Special accessories were designed by Kuh’s brother, Constantino Ledesma.

The line-up of songs includes a tribute to the four divas’ international counterparts like Whitney Houston, Celine Dion and Mariah Carey. The divas will also do a Madonna medley.
